Sunrise Yoga on the Beach

Once again Eastpointe Health & Fitness invites you to relax your mind, body & spirit while enjoying the beauty of our local beaches. The Sunrise Yoga workshop will be offered again this year for summer at the Sea Bright Public Anchorage beach, just south of Surf Rider Beach Club. If you enjoy yoga and are looking for a refreshing change for the season take advantage of the workshops. Classes begin in July on Thursday mornings at 7am with Lindsey or on Saturday mornings at 7am with Tatiana. $99* member rate for one 8 week session with a choice of day (either Thursday or Saturday) Session Dates • Thursdays, July 7th through August 25th • Saturdays, July 9th through August 27th *Drop in rate available for single sessions. $18 member/$20 non-member.
